Sunrise Point Cottages consists of two modern cottage units nestled in the woods, just 500 feet from the shores of Lake Erie.  The cottages are located just one mile from downtown.  Each unit has central heating and air conditioning.  These cottages have beach and dock privileges, and have decks complete with furniture and grills.  A large side yard and rear will facilitate badminton or other lawn games.  Deer, rabbits, squirrels, and many species of birds visit on a regular basis.  Ample parking for both vehicles and boat trailers is also available.  We offer golf cart rentals just a few hundred feet away (a popular way to tour the Island).       Our Large "Great Room" style interiors with vaulted ceilings give the cottage a spacious atmosphere.  Each unit is equipped with a TV and VCR; several movies are available free of charge.  The kitchens are fully supplied with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, silverware, microwaves toasters, coffee pots, four burner cook top stoves, and full sized refrigerators.  The cottage offers a wood burning fireplace, modern full bath, and a bedroom with a queen sized bed.  The living area has a large sleeper sofa, coffee table, end tables, and several chairs.  Each cottage has a unique view of either the nearby woods or beautiful Lake Erie.     SunrisePointKI.com •  515 E Lakeshore Dr. • Kelleys Island, OH 43438 • Phone: (419) 746-2543 Website © Copyright 2005-2008 Sunrise Point LLC.  All Rights Reserved.
